Doug Hayes

After graduating from Messiah College, Doug worked as a counselor and social worker for several years before joining the pastoral team of Covenant Fellowship Church (Glen Mills, PA) in 2001. The following year, he was commissioned by the church to establish Covenant Mercies as a separate non-profit organization. As Executive Director, he travels frequently to Africa and enjoys fostering relationships with our indigenous partners. Doug is passionate about music, gardening, and the ATP men’s tennis tour. He and his wife, Rachel, have three daughters and reside in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
